It’s one my famous food in my country. We present it to the guests. It’s kind of generosity. We called it “ Mufatah” . The people use some spices to make the test well. I’m going to write the general recipe and how to make it.
Recipe:
• Medium size of sheep
• 20 cups of rice
• 7 onions disjointed
• One spoon of saffron
• Cup raisins
• Cup Luz
• half cup of pine reddish
For spicing the sheep:
• one paste of tomatoes
• 2 onions
• 6-7 cloves garlic
• Two green pepper
• 1/4 cup of vinegar
• Salt and spices
Put the sheep into a big pot only, and put some spices with it until the meat becomes ripened. Then, put the sheep away to take its soup. Put the sheep into the pot again. Bring a certain amount of water, and put into the pot. Mix the spices,onions, past tomatoes,vinegar, and salt together, and put them into the a pot. After that, bring the rice with soup and put them into the pot with 1/4 cup of water. Then, bring 1/4 cup of vegetable oil to put it into the put. Next, wait for the rice till it becomes dry “Until no water in the food”. Finally, turn off the oven, and put the rice in a big dish first. Then, put the sheep, and embellish some nuts among the sheep. Enjoy the meal.
